DMD Pastries LLC sells fresh, made-to-order cakes, pastries, and dessert products in Dubai.

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, dispatched, delivered, or collected.

Custom cakes, edible print cakes, corporate cakes, birthday cakes, and personalized orders are non-refundable once confirmed and prepared.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on the same day of delivery or collection with clear photos of the product and order details. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.

Refunds or replacements, if approved, are handled case by case.
